Enzure was born from a real problem. Joshua Ramkissoon was helping his grandfather — an NI consultant — fill out 184 and 187 forms for clients every month. His grandfather couldn't see well enough to write them by hand, so Joshua started doing them digitally with templates. But re-entering figures every month was tedious, tied to one laptop, and impossible to do on the go. He built a Python script to automate the generation based on NI contribution rates and employee data. That script became Enzure — a web platform that takes the pain out of National Insurance compliance for businesses across Trinidad and Tobago.

– The Problem
Monthly paperwork that nobody wants to do.
Every month, businesses in Trinidad and Tobago are required to submit NI 184 and 187 forms to the National Insurance Board. For consultants managing multiple clients, this means re-entering employee information, calculating contribution rates, and generating forms from scratch — over and over. The existing online tools for this are underwhelming. Most people still do it by hand or wrestle with spreadsheet templates. Joshua was doing exactly that for his grandfather's consulting clients until the repetition became unbearable.
– The Evolution
From a laptop template to a Python script to a full platform.
It started as Word document templates — one per business, manually updated each month. Then Joshua automated the calculation and generation with a Python script. But a script on one machine doesn't solve the accessibility problem. You still can't pull it up on your phone, share it with a client, or access last month's forms without digging through files. That's when we decided to build it out as a proper web application — accessible anywhere, on any device, with persistent data.

The whole reason Enzure exists is because the manual process was inaccessible. The UI had to be the opposite — clear typography, high contrast, large touch targets, and a flow that doesn't require you to remember anything. Enter your employees once, set the rates, and generate forms with a click. We went with a stark black and white palette that feels professional and reads well on any screen size. No clutter, no confusion.
